Sahi Rasoi

Sahi Rasoi is located at V-18 on 80 Feet Road in the Shalimar Garden Extension 1 area of Ghaziabad. We are right next to Vietnam Enclave. This part of town has many houses and apartments, so we mostly see the same local people every day. It’s a decent spot on a wide road. We started this kitchen because we just wanted to cook for the people living nearby. It’s not a big restaurant with a lot of tables and servers. We keep things very basic. Most folks around here know us as just a local place to get a meal without any fuss. The 80 Feet Road gets busy in the evenings when everyone is coming back from their jobs. We spend our mornings getting all the vegetables and stuff ready for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping things up and getting the pots ready. Sometimes the power goes out, which can be a real pain, but we just deal with it. We don't use any fancy marketing or anything like that. We just put our sign out on the road and hope people like what we’re cooking. My family helps out when things get extra busy on the weekends. It’s a small operation, and we are on our feet from morning until night. We just want to provide something honest and simple for the neighbors in Shalimar Garden. That’s pretty much all there is to it.
