We are located at 51 Navyug Market. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know how packed it gets on any given day. There are people everywhere and never enough room for all the cars and scooters parked along the sides. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and chaos. We deal with machines for the glass industry. It’s a bit of a niche, but there’s always someone looking for a specific part or a new machine setup. The store is filled with crates and heavy equipment. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers in the market know us. It’s not a fancy showroom by any means. We have some desks tucked in the back where we handle the invoices, but most of the space is taken up by the machines. We get a lot of foot traffic, with people just popping in to ask a quick question about glass cutting or polishing. We try to be helpful without giving them some kind of big sales pitch. Sometimes it’s just about telling someone which bolt or belt they need. The noise from the market is constant, and you can hear the vendors calling out all day long. It’s a lively place to be. We don't have a corporate office in a high-rise; we like being right here in the market. It’s a bit messy, but it’s ours.
