You can find us at Bharat Machinery Store on Patel Marg. We are in the Ganeco Complex, right in the heart of Ghaziabad. This part of Uttar Pradesh is always buzzing. There’s a lot of shouting and horns honking outside our door all day long. The store itself is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of machinery and spare parts. It’s a bit tight in here, and you have to be careful not to trip over a motor or a belt while you’re walking around. We don’t really have a system that an outsider would understand, but if someone asks for a specific bolt or a pulley, we can find it in a few minutes. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the regulars who have been coming to us for years. The walls are lined with old calendars and shelves that have started to sag under the weight of the iron. We don’t do much advertising because most people just know us from word of mouth. It’s a dusty, busy, and sometimes frustrating place when the crowds get thick, but it’s home to us. We stay open late most nights because there’s always someone who needs a part to finish a job. We just keep the lights on and keep helping out whoever walks through the door. It’s a long day, but seeing a machine get back to work because of a part we had on the shelf feels good.
