Ruchika Food Corner

Ruchika Food Corner is a small shop located in B-Block of Sector 62 in Noida. We are right at shop number 1, R N-40, which is directly opposite Fortis Hospital. Being near a big hospital means we see a lot of people who are having a long day. We try to keep things simple for them. It’s not a big restaurant, just a corner where you can get some quick food. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The morning rush is usually people going to work, and then we get the lunch crowd from the nearby offices and the hospital. It’s a small space, so most people just grab their food and go, though we have a few spots where you can stand and eat. We don’t have any fancy chefs here, just us making sure the food tastes okay and isn’t too expensive. We handle all the prep work in the morning—chopping vegetables and getting the stove ready. Noida is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a marketing team or a glossy brochure. We just put our sign out front and hope people like what we’re cooking. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us occupied. If you’re near Fortis and need a quick snack, you’ll find us there.
