Red Chilly

Red Chilly is a small shop, number 4 to be exact, in Sidhi Vinayak Homes over in Avantika Ist, Ghaziabad. We’re right near the Mother Dairy, which is how most people find us if they’re new to the area. Avantika is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we mostly see the same faces every day. We aren't a big fancy restaurant. It’s more of a local spot where you can grab something to eat without any fuss. We opened here because we live nearby and noticed there weren't many places to get a quick meal. The shop is small, so it gets crowded quickly, especially in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready. It’s just a few of us running the show. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the kitchen running and the customers happy. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s a particularly busy night, but we try to keep the menu simple so that doesn't happen too often. Being near the Mother Dairy is great because everyone stops there for milk, and then they see us and decide to pick up dinner. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. No corporate talk, just food for the neighbors in Ghaziabad.
