Ravi Agro Industries

If you walk down Railway Road, you’ll find us easily enough. The sound of the trains passing by is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Ravi Agro Industries is basically a place where we deal with the heavy stuff that keeps the farms around here going. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dirt because there’s always something being dragged in or pushed out. We don’t spend much time sitting down. There is always a tractor part to fix or some equipment that needs looking at before the season changes. The air smells like diesel and old iron, and that’s just fine by us. We don't have any shiny signs or marketing displays. We just have our benches, our welding gear, and our hands. It gets pretty hectic when the farmers are getting ready for the new crop and everyone realizes their machinery needs a bit of work at the same time. We just take the jobs as they come and try to keep up with the pace. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with heavy iron, but it’s what keeps the lights on. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break and just watch the traffic on the road, then it’s right back to the noise and the work. It’s a practical place for people who need practical things done.
