Jayaashree Industries

Jayaashree Industries is tucked away in the Ajanta Compound, unit 3/15. This is in the Mohan Nagar Industrial Area in Ghaziabad. If you’ve ever been to Mohan Nagar, you know it’s a place where things get made. There are factories everywhere and the air smells like metal and exhaust. We fit right in. Our unit is basically a large warehouse with some machines and a small corner for an office. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It’s loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. We make various industrial parts. It’s hard work and it’s often very dirty. By the end of the day, everyone is covered in dust. We’ve been in this compound for a long time now. We know the guards and the guys in the other units. We don’t have a fancy brochure or a salesperson. Usually, people just call us or drop by because they know we are here. We don’t pretend to be some big international corporation. We are just a local industry in Ghaziabad trying to get our orders out on time. The trucks come in the morning to pick up what we’ve finished, and then we start all over again. It’s a repetitive cycle, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
