Our place is over in Sector 9, Vasundhra. It is one of those duplex houses in the HIG section. We’ve been using it as our base here in Ghaziabad for a while now. It’s not like a big factory or a high-rise office building. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace over time. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep neat, though the summer heat usually gets the best of it. Inside, things are a bit cluttered. We have files in almost every corner. The stairs are narrow, so moving equipment up and down is always a bit of a struggle. We’ve learned to be careful. The neighbors are nice enough, mostly families living their own lives. We try not to make too much noise or bother anyone. Working out of a house makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We drink a lot of tea while we go through our daily tasks. Ghaziabad can be a busy place, but our little corner in Sector 9 stays relatively quiet. We don’t have a flashy sign outside, just a small board so people know they’ve found the right house. It works for us. We just show up, do what needs doing, and wrap things up by evening. It’s a straightforward way to run things without all the extra fuss that usually comes with big business.
