Ram Kumar & Sons

You can find Ram Kumar & Sons at F-5 in the Municipal Market. We are located right in the Ghantaghar area of Ghaziabad. This shop has been in the family for a long time. My father started it, and now we are the ones sitting here every day. It is not a very big space, just enough for us and the stock we keep. The market is always loud with people shouting and scooters zooming by. We are used to the noise by now. Sometimes we sit on stools outside the shop when it gets too stuffy inside. We do not use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper in our old notebooks. It works for us. Customers come to us because they know we have been here at 201001 forever. They trust that we know what we are doing. We do not put up posters or try to trick people with sales. We just sell what we have at a fair price. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Too busy with the daily chores of running a shop. It is honest work and it keeps us going. If you are near the Municipal Market, stop by and say hello. We are usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just handling the business and talking to our neighbors as they pass through.
