Raj Caterer

This business is based out of Shalimar Garden Extension 1 in Ghaziabad. We’ve been at 901 for quite some time now. Catering is a lot of hard work and late nights, but it’s what we do for a living. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or a reception desk. It's more of a place where we manage the equipment, the big pots, and the staff. Most of our work happens at the venues where the parties are, but this is where it all starts. We handle different kinds of gatherings, usually weddings or local functions around the neighborhood. It can be stressful when there are three events on the same day, but we manage somehow. We aren't some big multinational firm, just a local team that knows how to cook for a lot of people at once. We don't use big words to describe our food. It's just solid, standard catering that fills people up. We've learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn't. Some days are smoother than others, but we always show up and get the job done. My brother and I started this with just a few helpers. Now we have more gear and better stoves to work with. We just keep our heads down and work. If you're in Ghaziabad and see our trucks, that's us. We just want to do the job right and move on to the next.
