Quadrant Epp Surlon India Ltd

This is our place in the Sahibabad Site 4 Industrial Area, at plot 54/11. It’s not a retail shop where people just walk in off the street. It’s an industrial setting, so it’s full of machinery and the smell of manufacturing. Quadrant Epp Surlon India Ltd has been operating out of this spot for quite a while. The road outside is usually full of trucks and delivery vans. We spend our days dealing with production schedules and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s loud inside, so you have to talk over the noise. I’ve worked in this industrial belt for years, and it hasn’t changed much, just more traffic. The office part is separate from the floor, but the dust still finds its way in. We deal with a lot of technical stuff that might not make sense to someone passing by. It’s a lot of metal and plastic and heavy parts. My shift starts early, and sometimes we stay late if a big order needs to go out. It’s practical work. We don't have fancy decorations, just the tools and the materials we need to get the job done. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the crates and equipment. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There's a small canteen area where we take our breaks and complain about the heat. It’s just how life is in the Sahibabad industrial zone. No frills, just production and regular work hours.
