Allied Nippon Ltd.

We have been here at Plot No. A-12 in Site IV for a good while now. The industrial area is always noisy and full of trucks coming in and out, which is just how it is. Most of us get here early before the sun gets too hot. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them on the fly. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks covered in papers and shop floors with tools everywhere. People who work here live nearby or take the bus. We’ve seen other shops open and close around us, but we’re still here doing our thing. It gets dusty, and in the summer, the heat inside the shed is something else. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. There’s no big secret to what we do. It’s just showing up every day and making sure the parts are right. If something isn't working, we stay late until it is. It’s a basic setup but it works for us. We know the tea stall guy down the road pretty well by now. The floor gets greasy, and the noise is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. That's just life at Allied Nippon. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything. Just the work.
