Our factory is situated at D-32 on Bulandshahar Road, which is right near the Silver City Shopping Mall. It is a bit strange having a big, modern mall so close to a heavy industrial area like ours. At Ghaziabad Precision Products Private Limited, we manufacture small metal parts that have to be exactly the right size to work in larger machines. The shop floor is usually quite loud because of the machines running all day long. We have a team of guys who have been working these lathes and mills for years, and they know exactly how to handle them. It is not a clean environment; there is always some grease on the floor and metal shavings in the bins, but that is just the nature of manufacturing. We spend a lot of time measuring things with calipers to make sure everything is perfect. If a part is off by even a tiny bit, we cannot use it. The office area is just a couple of simple rooms with old desks where we keep track of the orders and handle the billing. We do not have a big sales team or a fancy logo. Most of our work comes from people who have been buying from us for a long time. We show up early, get the machines going, and just do the work that is expected of us. It is nothing fancy, just manufacturing parts.
