We’ve been running Impala Agencies here in Lower Bazaar for a long while now. It's just a regular spot where we handle the day-to-day work of getting things out to people who need them. Most folks around here know the area, it's usually busy with people coming and going. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just our space where we keep the inventory and manage the paperwork. Dealing with supplies and logistics can get messy sometimes, especially when the deliveries are late or the weather isn't helping, but we just get on with it. It’s mostly just us making sure the boxes go to the right places. Sometimes the phones ring too much and other days it's quiet enough to actually tidy up the shelves. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, shops opening and closing, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up in the evening. There’s always something that needs fixing or an invoice that needs double-checking before the day ends. We just try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss about it. If you’re walking through the bazaar, you’ve probably passed by our doors without thinking twice. That’s just how it is for a small agency like ours, just working through the pile of tasks every single day.
