Working out of Shipra Suncity in Indirapuram is mostly about dealing with the bustle of Ghaziabad every single day. My place is 30-A, part of the Royal. section, and it’s where everything happens for the Pramod Kumar business name. It’s a residential area really, so you have kids playing outside and people walking their dogs while I’m trying to get things sorted on the computer. It’s not like a big corporate park in Noida. I like it this way because it’s close to home and I don’t have to spend hours in a car. The address is quite easy to find once you get into the Suncity gates, though sometimes the delivery guys get confused between the different blocks. Pin-201014 is the area code. It’s mostly just me here handling the paperwork and calls. There’s a lot of dust in U.P. this time of year, so I’m always cleaning the desk. My setup is simple. A couple of chairs, a good desk, and plenty of light from the window. I’ve been in this part of Indirapuram for a good bit of time now, so I know the neighbors and the local shops. If you come by, you’ll probably see my scooter parked out front. It’s a straightforward life and a straightforward way of doing things. I don't see the need for a big fancy office when this works just fine for what I do. It keeps life simple.
