Phenix Varco Pruden

Phenix Varco Pruden is based out of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. Our specific door is 185-D over in Shipra Sun City. If you know the area, it's pretty residential but has a lot of activity. We’ve been working from this spot for a bit now. It’s not a huge setup, just enough room for the team to sit and handle the day-to-day business. Ghaziabad is always moving fast so we try to keep pace. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings which is nice. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long speeches. Most of the time it’s just us answering emails and checking on project schedules. Shipra Sun City is a landmark on its own, so giving directions isn't too hard for us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in U.P. for you. We just get back to it once things are fixed. There’s a lot of paper around the desks and coffee cups everywhere. It’s a practical space. We focus on getting the tasks finished. Not much room for ego here, everyone just chips in. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. People recognize the name Phenix Varco Pruden around here now. We just stay busy with our work and try to keep things simple. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and we appreciate being here.
