You can find our office at No. 54 on the 1st Floor of Palika Bazar, right on G. T. Road. Being in Palika Bazar means we are right in the middle of all the bustle. G. T. Road is always packed with people and cars, so it is quite a lively place to work every day. We focus on sales and providing services for various items. Since we are on the first floor, it's a bit quieter than the ground level, but you can still hear the city moving outside. The stairs up to our place are a bit narrow, but most people find us okay once they see the sign. We have a small space where we keep our records and handle the customer side of things. It is not a huge office, just enough room for the desks and the equipment we need to do our jobs properly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in with questions about their equipment. Service work can be unpredictable, some days nothing breaks and other days everyone needs help at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs doing today and then we do the same thing tomorrow. It is a straightforward way to run things. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the market nearby.
