Oshnik Engineers

If you come down to Lohia Nagar, you’ll find us at B-122. That’s where Oshnik Engineers is based. It’s a standard industrial-type setup where we do most of our fabrication and repair work. The building is older, but it serves our purposes just fine. We have a few heavy machines that take up most of the floor space, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. The air usually smells like grease and metal filings. We spend the majority of our time at the workbenches, focusing on whatever project is currently on the schedule. It gets pretty loud when the drills and saws are running, so we don't do much talking until break time. We’ve been in Lohia Nagar for a long time, and we know the other business owners on the block quite well. Sometimes we borrow tools from each other or help out when someone has a heavy load to move. Our office is just a small room partitioned off from the main shop area, filled with blueprints and technical manuals. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't have any sales people or fancy brochures; we just do the engineering work that comes our way. Most days we are covered in a bit of oil or dust by the time we close up for the evening. It’s just the nature of the work we do here. There’s always another job waiting on the bench for the next morning.
