Coteba India

This office is situated over in Ghaziabad at H. No-308 in Block-V. We are part of the Asha Pusp Vihar complex in Sector-14, Khusambhi. It is a residential-feeling area which actually makes coming to the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive industrial zone. We operate as Coteba India from this spot. Here, we just handle the daily operations and paperwork. It is not a massive skyscraper with hundreds of people. It is more of a house-turned-office setup, which is something you see a lot around here. We actually like it because the atmosphere is not too stiff or formal. We have our desks set up and we just go through the project files. Ghaziabad can be quite a busy and noisy city, but inside our walls, it is just us focused on the work. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that to talk us up. We just do the job that needs doing. Some days the pace is slow and other days we are really rushing to meet a deadline. We drink a lot of chai and just talk about what needs to be finished. It is a very human sort of place to work. We are not trying to impress any visitors with fancy furniture or modern art. We just want to get the details of our projects right. Being in Khusambhi is pretty convenient for those of us living on this side.
