You will find us at Nyay Khand II in Indirapuram, right at number 872. This isn’t a quiet place. There is always the sound of welding and the bright sparks flying around the workshop. We work with iron and steel mostly, making things that people need for their houses or small buildings. The floor is usually covered in dust and little scraps of metal. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty within the first five minutes of starting. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains and the humidity gets high, but we keep going. Customers come in with their measurements on pieces of paper, and we try to make sense of what they want. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about making sure the gate or the grill is solid and won’t fall apart. We’ve been in Indirapuram for a while now and have seen the area change around us. Our shop stays pretty much the same, though. Just a lot of metal, some old machines, and the smell of burnt iron in the air. We open early and stay until the light goes. It is a noisy job, but someone has to do it. We just focus on the welding and getting the measurements right.
