Living and working in Ghaziabad means dealing with a lot of traffic and noise every single day. We set up shop here because it’s where we live too. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees, just a local team doing the work. Early mornings are spent getting the prep done and waiting for the first customers. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the neighborhood who don't want anything complicated. Big words and fancy menus aren't used here. It’s just food that people know and expect. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, but keeping it moving is the priority. Being in Ghaziabad, you learn to appreciate a place that stays consistent. Nothing is changed just for the sake of it. If someone asks for something specific, helping out is what we try to do. The building is simple, nothing too modern, but it works for what we need. Checking the stock and making sure the floor is swept takes up our time. It’s honest work. No one here is trying to be a celebrity chef. Serving the community day in and day out is what we do as part of the local scene. It’s been that way for years and no reason is seen to do it any differently. It’s just how we run things. Doors stay open and the routine continues because that is what people expect. Just doing the job and going home is enough.
