New Vishkarma Engineering Works

The New Vishkarma Engineering Works workshop is at 7/32 in the Industrial Area, Site-II, along Loni Road in Mohan Nagar. This is a real industrial zone, so the air is often thick with the smell of metal and welding smoke. It’s a noisy place with the sound of hammers hitting steel and the screech of saws. We have been here for a while and the building shows its age, but it’s sturdy. The floor is made of thick concrete to handle the weight of the heavy machines we use. We spend our days cutting, bending, and joining metal parts together. It’s hot work, especially when the furnaces are going or the welding torches are lit. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. If you want to talk to us, we usually just stand by the machines or sit on a couple of stools in the corner. There’s grease on almost everything, so you have to be careful what you touch. We are just a group of workers who know how to handle steel. We don't use any high-tech software or complicated systems; we rely on our eyes and the tools we have used for years. Loni Road is always busy with trucks, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We just keep our heads down and focus on the metal in front of us at Site-II.
