M/S Universa Steel Company (Sail - Delear)

This business is tucked away in Gali No.6 over in the Sheelchand area, near the Dasana Gate in Ghaziabad. We share the space with Nitin Gupta’s place, and it is a typical busy Uttar Pradesh neighborhood where there is always something going on in the streets. Being a dealer for SAIL steel means we have a lot of heavy material moving through, which can be a bit of a challenge in these narrower lanes, but we make it work. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers filled with stock numbers. It gets loud around here with the traffic from the gate, but it is a good spot for being accessible to the local builders. We have been operating from this part of Ghaziabad for a good bit of time now. Most of our days are spent checking the arrivals of steel rods and sheets and coordinating with the drivers who bring the loads in. It is honest work and there is no need for big marketing speeches when the product is just raw steel. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby colonies, so there is a familiar face around most of the time. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the trucks to arrive.
