We are located right across from the Tehsil in Ghaziabad, specifically at 154 New Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of people and cars moving around outside our door. Ankur Garg is the one usually seen handling the bits and pieces of the business here. We deal mostly with steel and strips, which means there’s a lot of loading and unloading happening. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. It isn't new, but it serves our purpose for getting things out to customers. Sometimes the traffic in Ghaziabad makes it hard to get trucks in on time, which can be frustrating. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the inventory in the back. It’s a practical setup, nothing too pretty to look at. We’ve got some regulars who have been buying from us for a long time. They know the routine. You walk in, see the samples, and we talk about what’s available. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just find us by word of mouth or because they’re already at the Tehsil for something else. The office is usually a bit messy with ledgers and samples of metal strips lying around on the tables. It is what it is, just a small operation trying to keep the supply moving in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We just try to get the orders right and keep the trucks moving out.
