Monotech Engineers Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in the S-16 spot on the South Side of the GT Road industrial area. Being near GT Road means we hear the trucks all day long, which you just get used to after a week. Our shop floor is where most of the action happens. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the materials we keep in stock. We do engineering work, mostly involving parts and repairs that people need. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we know where everything is. It's a bit of a messy environment, with metal shavings on the floor and tools spread out on benches. We aren't the type to wear suits; usually, it's just work shirts that have seen better days. When a customer comes by, they usually find us in the middle of a job. We don’t have a receptionist, so someone just wipes their hands on a rag and comes over to talk. It’s been this way for a while now. The South Side has a lot of energy, and we just fit right in with the other shops. We focus on getting the specs right and making sure the parts fit. It's a simple life of grease and measurements. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the machinery we work on keeps running smoothly for everyone.
