Our place is located in Meerut, right in the New Basti area over at Lalla Pura. It is near the old Sabun Godam, which most people around here use as a landmark. We are Monotech Engineers, though the name mentions Ghaziabad too since we have some roots there. Working in engineering means our hands are usually busy with something mechanical or technical. The shop floor can get a bit loud, but that is just the sound of things getting built. Meerut is a place where people know their tools. We have a small team of guys who have been doing this for years. They know the machines inside out. It is not a shiny corporate office with glass walls; it is a practical space where real work happens. We handle different engineering parts and fixes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how life is here. We focus on getting the specs right for whoever needs our help. No one here wears a suit. We are more comfortable in our work clothes. The neighborhood is tight-knit, and we know the other business owners on the street. It’s a simple setup, really. We open up in the morning, do the engineering work required of us, and close up when the light fades. Just regular people doing a regular job. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about the quality of the parts we make.
