Mobile Wrold

The shop is right on GT Road in Simbhaoli and it stays pretty dusty because of all the trucks passing by. We call it Mobile Wrold. Yes, that is how it is written on the front. I have been sitting in this shop for a long time watching the traffic go toward the city. It is a simple place with some shelves for chargers and batteries. People stop here when they are traveling or if they live nearby in Simbhaoli and need something for their mobile. It is not a shiny store like you see in the big malls. We have a small table in the back where I sit and look at phones that have stopped charging. The floor is just plain cement and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint but it does the job. Usually, the afternoons are slow when the sun is high on GT Road. I listen to the radio and wait for someone to walk in needing a new SIM card. Sometimes kids come in asking for games or loud ringtones. I don't really have a big staff, just me and occasionally a cousin who helps out when I need to step away. The shop has been here through many rainy seasons and the roof still holds up okay. It is a basic business for basic needs of the local people around here.
