Mint Leaf Food Xpress

Our shop is number two on the ground floor of the K-2 Complex. It is on the main road in Sector 44, right across from the Community Centre. Noida is always moving, and Sector 44 is no different. Mint Leaf Food Xpress is a small place meant for people who are in a hurry. We do not have a lot of seating, just a couple of spots if you want to stay. Most people just grab their food and head back to their office or home. We have been here in this complex for a bit. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay very organized to get everything done. It can get pretty hot in there during the summer. We have a few delivery boys who are always zooming in and out. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things slow, but they do their best. We use regular ingredients we find at the market. There is nothing fancy about our setup. It is just a kitchen and a counter. I am usually there handling the phone and the cash. We are not trying to be a big brand. We just want to serve the people in Sector 44. It is hard work and the hours are long, but we are used to it by now. If you are passing the Community Centre, you will see us there in the complex. It is a simple life running a food stall here.
