If you head down Meerut Road and turn into the Morta Industrial Area, you’ll find Venus Engineering Company at Khasra No. 1297. It’s a gritty part of town, full of factories and the sound of heavy machinery. Our place is no different. We have lathes, drills, and welding gear that have seen a lot of use over the years. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there is always a faint smell of machine oil in the air. We don't pretend to be anything other than a bunch of engineers and fabricators doing hard work. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and trying to make pieces of metal fit together exactly how they should. It’s loud and it’s hot, especially during the summer months when the industrial sheds trap all the heat. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most people find us because they need something fixed or a part made that they can't get anywhere else. We talk to our customers in plain English, no jargon or corporate nonsense. If a job is going to take three days, we tell them three days. We value the fact that we can build things that actually last. It’s a tough environment, but there is a lot of satisfaction in seeing a finished component ready for delivery after hours of cutting and grinding. We just show up every day, do the work, and then head home.
