Mata Di Food

We're over here in B Block, right by the big water tank across from Ghanta Ghar. It's a pretty busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is out and about. We usually get here early to start setting things up and checking our supplies for Mata Di Food. The clock tower is a good landmark, so most people don't have too much trouble finding us even if they aren't from this specific part of town. The noise from the street is constant, with horns honking and people chatting as they walk past the tank. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the stock is where it needs to be. It’s not the biggest space, but we make it work. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tough, like when it’s really dusty or when the rain starts coming down hard on the roof. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. Most of our day is just a mix of handling orders and talking to the regulars who live around B Block. We aren't doing anything too fancy here, just running the business the way we always have. It can get a little chaotic during the lunch rush, but we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the pace over the years. By the time evening rolls around, we're usually just tidying up and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow.
