Mahi Communication

If you go down Gali No 8 in Ghaziabad City, you will find Mahi Communication. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this lane, but we like it here. Most of our days are spent behind the counter, looking at mobile screens and talking to the locals. We do recharges for all the different networks and help people set up their new SIM cards. It’s a lot of typing numbers into the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask the customer to wait a bit, but mostly it goes okay. We have a glass cabinet where we keep covers and tempered glass for the popular phone models. People come in to pay their bills or just to ask how to use a certain app. We don’t mind. It’s a community feel in this gali. The neighbors stop by to chat even if they don't need anything. We try to keep a decent stock of cables and plugs because those always seem to break or get lost. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps things moving. If you’re living around Gali 8, you probably know where we are already. It’s just a simple place for simple phone tasks and getting people back on their calls.
