Maheshwari Bhoj

We set up Maheshwari Bhoj inside the Jaipuriya Sunrise Plaza Market, specifically at Shop 101 A. It’s a busy part of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad, right across from Shipra Suncity. If you’re coming out of Gate Number 4 there, you’ll see the shopping center pretty easily. We started this place because we saw a lot of people in the flats around here looking for simple food that doesn't feel like a heavy restaurant meal. The plaza gets a lot of foot traffic, especially in the evenings when families come out to shop. Our space is functional, nothing too fancy, with enough room to sit down and eat comfortably. It’s mostly just us working here, keeping the place clean and making sure the food is ready on time. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers; we just rely on people living in Indirapuram telling their neighbors about us. It gets quite busy on the weekends when the market is full of shoppers. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with everyone coming in at once, but we handle it. We like being part of this local community and seeing the same faces every week. It’s a straightforward business—we cook, people eat, and we clean up to do it again the next day. There’s no big secret to it, just staying consistent with what we offer in the shopping center.
