Madrasi Cafe

Madrasi Cafe is located in Ramesh Market, specifically at 198/32 in Gali Number 2, East Of Kailash. We’ve been operating from this little corner for quite some time now. It’s a narrow lane, so it can get pretty packed during the lunch hour. Most of the people who come here are locals or people working in the nearby shops. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name above the door. Inside, it's pretty basic with some tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We try to keep things moving fast because there isn't much waiting space. If you are looking for us, just head into Gali Number 2 from the main road. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our windows. We start prep early in the morning so everything is ready by the time the first customers walk in. The kitchen is small but we make it work. It’s mostly just a regular cafe where you can sit for a bit or grab something to go. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper for orders. It stays pretty loud with the street noise and the kitchen sounds, but that's the atmosphere here. Ramesh Market is a busy place and we are just one part of it. We keep things simple and hope for the same each day.
