Madras Fast Food

Madras Fast Food is located at Plot No 52 in Dwarka, Sector 12 B. We aren't a big restaurant, just a small place where we make food every day. The kitchen is where we spend most of our time. It gets hot in there, especially when the stoves are all going at once. We’ve been in Dwarka for a while and have seen the sector change a bit over the years. Most of our customers are people living in the nearby apartments who want something quick. We don't have a lot of space for sitting, so a lot of people just take their food and go. We keep things pretty basic. There’s no fancy menu or decorations on the walls. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure the food is hot. Sometimes we get really busy in the evenings and things can get a little frantic behind the counter. We might forget to smile once in a while when we’re rushing, but we’re just trying to get the orders out. The ingredients come in fresh every morning, and we spend a lot of time chopping and prepping. It is a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the Sector 12 B community. We don't claim to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local fast food spot where you can get a quick meal without any trouble. That’s how we’ve always run things here.
