We’re Mac Roof India Pvt. Ltd., located at Plot No. Sc-1 in Block-C, Sec-2 of Pratap Vihar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s easy enough to find once you’re in the sector. We’ve been set up here for a while. The office and the warehouse are basically in the same spot, which makes it easier to keep track of what’s going out. We deal with a lot of roofing stuff, so there’s usually a lot of clanging and moving parts. It’s not a quiet office by any means. We have a small crew and most of us have been here since the start. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, take the orders, and make sure the right stuff gets loaded onto the right trucks. Pratap Vihar has changed a lot since we moved in, with more buildings going up every year. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult with the loading, but we just wait it out or work around it. It’s just normal daily stuff. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens out on the floor where the materials are. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications. That's just the way things work around here.
