Maa Durga Communication

Maa Durga Communication is right on G.T Road at C-18. Being on a main road means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through and need a quick mobile top-up, while others are regulars from the local neighborhood who come for their monthly bills. The shop is quite straightforward. We have a few counters with some basic phone accessories and recharges for all the major networks. It can get pretty noisy with the trucks and buses zooming past on the highway, so we often have to speak up to be heard. I’ve been running the shop here for a while, and the routine is mostly the same. I open up early, sweep the front, and get the systems ready for the day. We don't do any big advertising or have a fancy website. Most people find us just by seeing the sign while they are walking or driving by. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front of the shop directly, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. I end up doing a lot of small tasks, like fixing a stuck SIM tray or explaining data plans to someone who isn't very tech-savvy. It is just a regular shop doing regular work on G.T Road, making sure people stay connected without having to go too far out of their way. We just keep things moving along every single day without much trouble.
