We are over at Plot 505 in the Shivam Tower building. If you know the Raj Nagar area, we are right by Ansal Plaza on Hapur Road. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this spot for quite some time now, and the office has that lived-in feel with stacks of old blueprints and a few worn-out chairs. Our team is small, mostly local people who have been doing this for years. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out the engineering problems that come our way. The mornings start with a lot of noise from the Hapur Road traffic, and by the time we get the machines going, it’s a real hub of activity. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we have a few old fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that gets the job finished properly. Most of our day is spent looking at specs and making sure everything matches up. When the lunch bell rings, we usually head out to one of the stalls nearby or just eat together in the back. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know best. Being in Block 1 gives us a good view of the street, and we see the same faces every day.
