Laxmi Machine Tools

Our workshop, Laxmi Machine Tools, is located at D-123 in the Bulandshahar Road Industrial Area. This is part of Site-1, which is a place that’s always full of dust and the sound of metal hitting metal. We’ve been here for years, and the building shows its age a bit. There are stains on the walls and the floor is permanently dark from all the machine oil. We handle various machine tool jobs, and the place is usually packed with parts waiting to be worked on. It’s a noisy environment, but you stop noticing the clanking after the first hour. The staff is mostly local guys who have been working with machines since they were teenagers. We don’t have any fancy corporate policies or big meetings. We just show up, see what needs to be done, and get to it. The road outside is usually blocked with tempos and trucks loading up, so getting in and out can be a bit of a headache. Lunch is a quick affair, often just some rotis while sitting near the machines. In the winter, it gets quite cold in the shed, so we all wear heavy sweaters while we work. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we know. Site-1 is a place for hard work, and that’s exactly what we do here every day. We don't bother with anything that doesn't help get the work finished and out the door on time.
