Lajawab Caterers

Lajawab Caterers operates out of 8-A and 9-A in the Ramprastha Enclave A Block Super Market. It is a busy little corner of Ghaziabad. Since we are in the super market area, there is always someone walking by or stopping in to ask questions. Our space is usually filled with the smells of whatever we are cooking up for an event. It gets pretty crowded in here when we have a big order to get out. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading vans and checking our lists to make sure we did not forget the spoons or the napkins. It is a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we are all pretty tired. We have been in Ramprastha Enclave for a while, so we know most of the other shop owners around A Block. It feels like a little community. We do not really have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people just find us because they saw us working at a party or they live nearby. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets where it needs to go on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire goes flat or a burner stops working, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That is just life here. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just caterers doing our thing in our local neighborhood every day.
