L J S Balaji Communication is located up on the 1st floor at Shop No B/980 in Shastri Nagar. You have to walk up the stairs, which can be a bit steep if you're carrying a lot of things. We've been in this specific spot for a while. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Mostly, people come to us for mobile recharges or when they have trouble with their phones. It’s a lot of small talk and waiting for screens to load. The shop gets quite warm in the summer since we are on the upper floor, so we keep a small fan running constantly. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it. We see a lot of the same people every month. Shastri Nagar is a crowded place, and our little corner at B/980 is no different. We try to keep the desk clear, but there’s always a pile of cables or papers somewhere. We aren't a big tech outlet. It's just us helping out with what we can. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to tell people to come back later, which is frustrating for everyone. But that's just how it goes sometimes. We do our best to stay on top of things.
