Kwality Steels is located at number 72 in Navyug Market. It’s an old market, and we’ve been part of it for a good while. There’s something about the atmosphere here that you don’t find in the newer shopping areas, I think. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot of steel into the space we have. If you walk through the market, you’ll see us right at 72. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stalls and shops, but most of the regulars know exactly where we are. We spend our days talking to people who come in for all sorts of projects. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the market go by, and other days we can barely keep up with the orders. It’s a very hands-on job, definitely. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology here; we prefer to write things down and talk to folks face-to-face. The market gets quite crowded in the evenings, which is when most people stop by after work. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we have it in stock, we tell you, and if we don't, we say so. That’s just how things are done at Navyug Market. It’s a tight-knit place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’re just happy to be one of the shops that keeps the place going every morning. It's a loud and busy life, but it suits us well enough.
