Kukdu Dhawa Tandur

Kukdu Dhawa Tandur is over in Vaishali Sector 4, right at number 461. If you know where Club 5 is, we are just near there. Ghaziabad can be a busy place and this sector is no different. We spend most of our day around the tandoor. It’s a lot of work keeping the coal at the right heat but the bread comes out much better that way. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local spot where you can grab something to eat. The area around Sector 4 has grown a lot and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we stay right here. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We try to keep things moving so no one waits too long. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the street outside and the chairs are just basic, but it works. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just write the specials on a board and hope people like what we made. Sometimes we run out of things early if the day is busy. It is just a regular life here. We just focus on getting the food right and keeping the place running every day. It's not always perfect, but it's what we do.
