Stotz Gears Pvt. Ltd. is located at E-5 in the Kavinagar Industrial Area. If you come by this way, you’ll hear the sound of machinery pretty much all day long. We make gears. It’s a noisy, greasy job but someone has to do it. The industrial area is full of shops like ours, all making different parts. We’ve been at E-5 for a good number of years. Inside, it’s mostly metal shavings and heavy machines. We aren't a big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. You just walk into the shop floor and you'll find us there. We spend our time checking measurements and making sure the gears are cut right. It’s a lot of technical work that requires some patience. The heat in the factory can get pretty bad during the summer, but the machines keep running anyway. We have a small crew of guys who know what they’re doing. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing stuff. We just focus on the orders we have to get out. Kavinagar is a busy hub for this kind of manufacturing, so there's always something going on. We pack up the gears and send them off to wherever they’re needed next. It’s just a regular private limited company in the middle of an industrial zone. We start early in the morning and we keep the machines going until the work is done for the day.
