We are located at Shops 21 and 22 on Mother Dairy Road in Vaishali Sector 4. We’re right across from the More Store, which is a big local landmark that everyone knows. By having two shop spaces, we’ve managed to make enough room for our kitchen and a small area for people to sit. Ghaziabad is a fast-moving place, and Sector 4 is always full of activity. We’ve been here for quite a while now, serving the people who live in the nearby apartments. We don't really do any formal advertising or marketing. Most people find us just by walking past while they’re out doing their daily shopping. Every day starts early for us with a lot of preparation. There is always a lot of cleaning and chopping to do before we can even think about opening the doors. We are a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything to keep the place running. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow when we get a lot of orders all at once, but we do our best to keep up. We don't have any fancy decorations or complicated menus. It’s just a plain, honest shop where you can get a meal. We like being in Vaishali because the people here have been very supportive of us over the years. It’s hard work, but we enjoy it.
