Jain Veg Gharana

Jain Veg Gharana is located right on Meerut Road at number 14. We focus on vegetarian food because that is what we know. Being on a main road like Meerut Road means we see a lot of people passing through. Some are just driving by and others live right around here. We start early in the kitchen to get everything ready for the day. It's a lot of chopping and cleaning. The place isn't too large but it fits enough people. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular food people expect from a veg place. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside we just keep doing our work. We've been at this spot for some time now and the neighbors know us well. It gets busy during lunch and dinner times. We try to keep the tables clean and the food hot. It's hard work running a kitchen, especially with the heat in the summer. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay.
