Jagjeet Engineering Company

Our workshop is located at C-4 in the Punjab Expeller Compound. If you know where Sihani Chungi is on Meerut Road, we’re right near there. Jagjeet Engineering Company has been in this spot for ages. The compound is always full of activity, and there’s usually some kind of metal clanging or engines running nearby. It’s a gritty environment, but that’s engineering for you. We deal with a lot of parts and repairs. Our hands stay dirty most of the day. The office is just a small corner with a desk that’s covered in blueprints and old invoices. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People come to us when they have something that needs fixing or a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. It’s just us doing the mechanical work. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing our own equipment before we can even start on the customer's stuff. It can be frustrating, but it's part of the job. Most of our neighbors in the compound are doing similar work, so we help each other out with tools sometimes. It’s a busy, noisy life here on Meerut Road, and we’re just another part of the landscape, trying to keep things moving.
