Industrial Products Company

We are tucked away in Sector 11 of Pratap Vihar, specifically at D 451. This part of the sector is mostly industrial, so it’s not the kind of place you’d just wander into unless you had some business here. Industrial Products Company has been operating out of this building for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly rows of shelving units filled with various parts like valves, gaskets, and heavy-duty bolts. The air usually has that faint smell of machine oil and cold metal. It’s a big space but it feels small because of how much stuff we have crammed in there. My desk is near the front door, and it’s always piled high with delivery notes and catalogs from different manufacturers. We spend the morning sorting through the new arrivals and checking for any rust or damage. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all take turns doing everything from answering the phone to moving the heavy crates in the back. The lighting isn't great, so we use a couple of portable lamps when we're looking for small items on the bottom shelves. Sometimes a local mechanic drops by looking for a specific fitting, and we spend twenty minutes digging through the bins to find it. It’s quiet work, mostly, except when the delivery trucks are backing in. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders get packed up correctly. There isn't much more to it than that.
