Hungry

You can find us over at Plot 472 in Sector 5 of Vaishali. We are quite close to the Tiwari Eye Center, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find their way around this part of Ghaziabad. Our spot is right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We show up early, get things organized, and wait for the morning rush to die down before the lunch crowd starts. The street outside gets quite crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home to the different blocks in Sector 5. Being in Ghaziabad, you get used to the noise and the constant movement of people. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where we try to do our job without much fuss. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, but we just deal with it. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but the vibe near the eye center stays mostly the same. We see a lot of the same faces every week, people who live nearby or work in the local offices. It is a practical location for us. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays, just the name on the front and the kitchen running in the back.
