Hungry I

Hungry I is located in Tapsya Corporate Heights, which is in Sector 126 of Noida. We are situated very close to Amity University, so we are in a spot that gets a lot of student traffic as well as people working in the various corporate offices around here. Sector 126 has grown a lot recently, with new buildings coming up all the time. Being inside a corporate building like Tapsya means we have a very specific rhythm to our day. The mornings are usually about setting things up before the office crowds arrive for their breaks. Then there is the lunch rush which keeps us all on our toes. Noida can be a bit of a concrete jungle, and this sector is no exception with all the glass buildings and paved roads. We don't try to be anything we are not. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We are just a group of people working in a kitchen to provide food for the people who spend their days in this part of town. The proximity to the university means we also see a lot of students who are looking for a break from their classes. It is a modern area, but we try to keep a very human, down-to-earth feel inside our doors. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the food is ready when the bells ring or the shift ends.
