We are based at G 190 in the Lajpat Nagar area of Sahibabad. We run a small bakery and restaurant setup from this location. It is a very hands-on kind of place. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen area where the baking happens. In the mornings, the whole place smells like fresh bread, which is probably the best part of the job. We aren't a big fancy chain. We are just a local business that has been in this spot for a while. We have some tables for people to sit at, but it is a pretty basic setup. We don't have a team of decorators or marketing experts. We just focus on making the food and keeping the place clean. The floors usually have a bit of flour on them by the afternoon, and the kitchen gets really hot when the ovens are going. It’s hard work and we are on our feet most of the day. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the ingredients to serving the customers. We don't have any corporate slogans or big goals. We just want to make decent food and keep the business running. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it’s busy, but we do our best. It is just a regular neighborhood spot in Sahibabad where we work hard every day. We like the local feel of the place and knowing the people who come in.
